Posted: 05 Jan 2009 10:34 AM PST I am totally fascinated by Swiss Trompe L’oeil artist Felice Varini whom I just discovered.Dont be fooled by your first percetion of this work. These are not photo rendered images, it is master craft! He has worked on many interior spaces and exterior spaces which are even harder to believe. Varini’s work is comes together in full in only one exact point where the entire geometric calculation is perceived. From anywhere else it looks like some graphic design made of lines, concentric circles, and triangles of color. Here a gallery of some of his works. Related posts:

Posted: 05 Jan 2009 08:52 AM PST Motivated by his mother Andrew Ek began drawing at an early age, mostly dinosaurs and animals - Then in 1982, after his father committed suicide his drawings became much darker and he became obsessed with horror movies, literature, comics. Andrew’s oil paintings are really intriguing to me, His female subject are always attractive in a kind of magic realism style. Related posts:

Unlike most bedroom computer-made albums, The Dino Soars jumps across styles, touching on hip-hop and house beats, downbeat trip-hop, electro-pop, and even a bit of experimental, droney electronica.
