The Designer Words : ‘INFUSION means to extract certain properties from an soluble ingredient such as tea leaves , herbs or fruit by soaking in liquid (water) until it gets saturated. So we can say that a infuser is the in charged of make this happen. | Christophe Huet - The Master of Retouching Posted: 30 Jan 2009 09:48 AM PST French retoucher Christophe Huet is a true photoshop Master! His work is fascinating. He is the one who creates the famous advertising for Playstation, but also some for Nike, Motorola, Surfrider Foundation…. I spend an hour on his site looking all of his work, and the Best of all is that he has few working progress slideshows where you can see the process of each image, Like the one above… Its really interesting and inspiring.

| Posted: 29 Jan 2009 11:16 AM PST Beirut : My Wife Lost in the Wild Beirut released its third album this week, a double EP split between ‘March of the Zapotech’, which follows the orchestral band’s traditional sound as it mixes with Latin - in particular, Oaxacan - influences. But its the second half, the ‘Holland EP,’ where things get interesting. Recording under the name “RealPeople”, Zach Condon’s band incorporates electronic sounds and follows in the pretty paths of Portishead and Hot Chip. You can find the opening track “My Night with a Prostitute from Marseilles” around the internet, and I recommend doing so, but here I offer the stunning “My Wife Lost in the Wild”. For Genlux magazine winter issue, Andrew created an Amazing editorial called ‘ Sir Realist ‘ - A beautiful work, really well executed, and you can see that Andrew spends a lot on photoshop compare to Magritte who was painting - Technology Vs. | Posted: 28 Jan 2009 10:53 AM PST Refinery 29 delivered s with a bit of Swedish Goodness this morning upon their return from Sweden’s fashion week. Their short lived trip to see the Acne, Whyred, 5th Ave Shoe Repair shows, among a few others was full of excitement and photos, capturing a lot of the street style of Sweden’s fashionistas.
